Continuing Education Rewards

CVE has set up a system whereby attendance at our CE courses rewards you with a certain number of points. A half-day course is worth one point, a one-day course is worth two points, and a two-day course is worth four points. When you accumulate a set number of points, you are entitled to a free attendance at a course. For example the accumulation of eight points allows free attendance at a half day course, sixteen points allows free attendance to a one-day course, and twenty four points allows free attendance to a two day course. These points are attached to you as an individual, not to the practice for which you work, and are considered a reward to you, as an individual, for your dedication to your personal professional development.

Once points have been ‘spent’ on a free course, the point value goes back to zero… but they do not expire at the end of the financial year, and can therefore be accumulated over time. This is designed to reward you for your professional commitment. Several vets have been able to redeem their points and many more are well on their way.
