Teresa Collins BVSc (Hons) ( Sydney), PhD (Sydney)

Background:
Teresa Collins is a veterinarian with ten years in private practice and a PhD in muscle development. Teresa lectures in animal welfare and ethics. Her current research interests are in animal welfare, in particular, the assessment of animal welfare of livestock and community perceptions of animal welfare. In addition, her interests lie in animal welfare education and the use of animals for research and teaching.
